Amazing and reasonably priced not far from the city centre. The Room was spacious, clean and had plenty of mirrors for me and girls to get ready in, beds were super comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble even at 4am when we ordered pizzas to our room after we'd been out in the city. (A little pricy but they were tasty so we didn't mind) I'd happily recommend this hotel to everyone I know absolutely fantastic and I would definitely revisit. Thank you xx
Very nice hotel. Large rooms. Everything close by. Brilliant breakfast lots to choose from. The chef made a fresh runny egg for me which was perfect. Plenty of parking space. Decent size gym. Even-though it's near main junction it feels secluded which is a bonus so you don't really hear the noise outside unless you open the window. Very friendly staff always available on the front desk. Room cleaned daily top job. Nice menu for room service, the margarita pizza was top also the stir-fry noodles was amazing and you must try the Nacho's. Overall I enjoyed myself would definitely go again it's suitable for everyone.

Good acccomdation .. good staff but room very hot . And very comfortable bed :)
Friendly, welcoming staff. The hotel offers free parking however, it only has 4 spots. My mum and I went for the weekend and we were lucky to have found a spot available. I could see it get really busy in the high season. The room B7 was really spaceous, noise free, however, the beds were not the comfiest. There was a bit of a smell from the wardrobe which seemed to persist on your clothes on the next day. :( Wi-Fi is decent and it is at an extra charge 2.50 per 24h. Decent location, I wouldn't necessarily recommend it for a long stay ( more than 2 nights).

I was very skeptical when i reached there. I was looking for a place to stay for few days before finalizing my apartment. The caretaker turned out to be very friendly. This was my first visit to leeds. Gave me good tips to which areas to avoid and where to do shopping. I got my breakfast on time and my room were always neat and clean. The owner was also very friendly. The room is bit small but since it was a stop gap arrangement for me it worked out fine for me. There are eating places near by, and the bus stand is just outside the gate. It was easy to commute from there. I ended up staying 3 weeks and I do not have a single complaint against them. Really good care taker and owner and the best part is it is very cheap.
+ kettle, tea, cofee and sugar in the room; free wi-wi; comfortble beds; tv in the room -small and old bathroom

Clean room. Soft comfortable beds. Clean and tidy restroom. Good storage. Helpful and gracious staff. Approachable and very friendly. Well cooked breakfast.
Not a bad B&B for the price.. the supervisor was a little grouchy when we arrived but was quickly smiling once he saw our cash! lol.. good for ppl who need a quick late night booking, cheap. A little noisy at night.

What a bizzare but great place. It looks a bit like you grandmother's bungalow, with a fantastic garden. Despite the decor being dated and not to my taste, the room was comfortable, clean and had a ridiculously comfortable bed. I didn't want to get out! Can't knock the breakfast either (theyllt do a takewtak breakfast for you if needed).
When we visited the outside was very overgrown but once we got inside the rooms were spacious clean and comfy and breakfast was beautiful
If you would like something truly different you might like to have a look at Airbnb. These are mostly B and Bs provided by people on a very informal basis. The may have a spare room, a yurt, a cottage or a barge with space they can receive guests for a night or a month! The website is highly professional. You can really see what you are going to get. Very well worth a look. Airbnb also show 'conventional' B&Bs as well. Enjoy!
